I certainly do not feel like I have not a clue as to what she was talking about. Is she saying that we can choose colors and backgrounds to illustrate a visual meaning to what we write? I understand that how we present writing can pursaude someone to feel a certain way about a topic. If I am writing about a beautiful sunset with dark colors versus bright oranges, yellows, and reds the mood will be different. We can make words stick out to persaude the reader into catching those words, which can visually illustrate our point of a topic. I feel like I am missing a big part of this reading. Most likely because I have never had to read about this type of writing. Sometimes leaving things sinmple will let the reader read whats there without any conflicting thoughts. As soon as we change colors or order of words the reader has to buy into the writer’s way of seeing it. I am not sure I am on the right track with this reading, hopefully we discuss Wysocki’s views and then I can add to this blog.
